What equipment do I need?
A set of 2kg or 3 kg dumbbells will be enough to get started. A booty band and a handled resistance band would be useful. A resource list with links to purchase can be found within the app. You can increase your weights over time as your strength improves.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes! The app is designed to support all levels, with clear demonstrations, coaching and options for modifications during all workouts.
Can I cancel anytime?
