INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Made2Fit app and services (the “Services”), which are provided by your online trainer (the “Trainer”). By subscribing to or using Made2Fit, you (the “Client”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Made2Fit is owned and operated as a limited liability company. This contract is solely between the Client and the company.
By subscribing, accessing, or using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
TRAINER’S OBLIGATIONS
The Trainer will use professional knowledge to design general fitness programmes and deliver on-demand workouts through the Made2Fit app.
These workouts are not tailored personal training sessions. They are general fitness content not intended to replace medical advice or in-person supervision.
The Trainer makes no guarantees about achieving specific fitness results. Your individual results may vary based on effort, lifestyle, health status, and adherence to workouts.
The Trainer is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or complications arising from participation in workouts. You are responsible for ensuring you are physically capable and medically cleared to participate.
The Trainer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or subscription at any time for any breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
All client information will remain confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal information without your consent, unless required by law.
The Trainer is not responsible for any technical issues, internet outages, or disruptions to service on the Client’s end.
CLIENT’S OBLIGATIONS
By using Made2Fit, you affirm and agree that:
You are 18 years or older and legally able to enter this agreement.
You participate in the workouts voluntarily and assume all risk associated with physical activity, including injury, illness, or death.
You are solely responsible for ensuring a safe environment when participating in workouts. This includes choosing a suitable location, using appropriate equipment, and being aware of your physical limitations.
You understand that Made2Fit includes strength, cardio, flexibility, and high-intensity exercises, which carry inherent risks.
You release and discharge Made2Fit, its Trainer(s), and affiliated parties from all liability related to injuries or health issues arising from participation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your paid period (month or year). No refunds will be issued for unused time.
The Trainer may request feedback upon cancellation for service improvement purposes. You are not obligated to provide any information, and any shared feedback will remain private.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.
You must not copy, download, screen-record, distribute, or reproduce any of the content on the app. All materials are copyrighted and owned exclusively by Made2Fit.
SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENTS
All subscriptions must be paid in advance, either on a monthly, 3-monthly, 6-monthly or annual basis.
If the Trainer must pause or suspend the app for any reason (e.g., technical updates or emergencies), you will be informed, and your subscription will be paused accordingly.
Prices and subscription options are subject to change. You will be notified in advance of any pricing adjustments that affect your membership.
TECHNICAL & SERVICE LIMITATIONS
Made2Fit is delivered via an online platform, and the Trainer is not responsible for any issues due to third-party software, internet service providers, or device incompatibility.
The Client must ensure their device and internet connection are adequate for video streaming and app usage.
CHANGES TO TERMS
Made2Fit reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, including for legal compliance or to improve service delivery. Clients will be notified of changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
